Summer in France

July 19, 2016

We feel so lucky to be able to return time and time again to my late grandmother’s house in France.  It is the place our family gathers whenever possible, where we invite friends and spend time together leaving behind the stresses of everyday life (at least for a week or two). This table is an all time favorite of mine. Beautifully put together, with no small amount of craft and a an abundance of creativity by Charleston Stems.

The table was set using the china that my Grandmother lovingly collected and stored here on the property. Anne picked up the hurricanes locally, I found these votives which I think would lend a similar sense of warmth and color to the table. Here is another similar one.

I hope that you love this table as much as I do. The items are a little obscure, but I think this roundup is similarly inspiring and could help you achieve a similar feel.
