Not to ‘chicken out’, but roasting birds is just not our specialty. For the previous three years we have roasted chickens on our Green Egg, which yields the most incredible smokey moist chicken. In some ways, it would be a perfect solution for these smaller celebrations that we are experiencing this year but, we get it: the turkey is a big part of the day.
