We are currently in Tuscany (staying at the incredible Castello di Casole) for a dear childhood friend’s wedding.   It has been an amazing few days so far; yesterday we explored a nearby town and fortress in the morning, lounged by the pool in the afternoon, and ended with a five hour rehearsal dinner in town with local musicians — it was amazing!  I am also photographing the wedding and can’t wait to show you more of everything — the property, the surroundings, the glowing bride and groom and what the weekend has held.  For now, here are some quick shots of us grabbing environmental details before heading to breakfast.  I have been living in this Rhode Resort dress which I picked up last year, it feels perfectly Italian!  I have linked to some of this season’s similar favorites at the bottom.

The property is bursting with so many beautiful flowers and there is a wealth of places to shoot — we’re going to be zipping around tonight, trying to make sure that we grab the bride and groom in every corner of this fabulous spot.  It’s so much fun to be at an intimate wedding where everyone is having such a fun time; it’s pampering and indulgent, the beds, the food, the sunshine and surroundings all make for an unbeatable experience.
